“Empower to Inspire”
At times, we may be afraid of the unknown, but we must try to overcome that fear by having faith.
Our children may struggle as he or she learns something new but we must motivate them to do their best no matter how big or small it may be. As parents, we are their cheerleaders, we must empower them to inspire them. We should not let anyone or anything hold them back from growing to the next level in their educational career or life in general. I know that it is hard and at times, we may just want to give up.
“We must instill that in our children so that they can be their own advocates in life.”
However, when you look into your child’s eyes, that fear turns into courage. We have the power to do anything that we set our minds to do. We must instill that in our children so that they can be their own advocates in life. There are many communication styles that can take place in which diverse learners can advocate for themselves.
Remember, I was told that my daughter was going to mute and she would never be successful in life. My daughter has proved them all wrong. From nonverbal to verbal to advocacy, my daughter has her own story to tell. Now is the time for you to allow your son or daughter to tell theirs.
Let’s empower them to inspire!
